Aqua Thoroughbreds owner Tom Curnow hit the jackpot with Group 1 mare Silent Sedition and he was back in the frame with another winner by a Yarradale Stud stallion on Wednesday.

Yarradale Stud stallions have been siring winners on call this month and top of the dial this week has been Bradbury’s Luck in Singapore.

Yarradale Stud champion Gingerbread Man sired his second juvenile winner in a week with Essential Spice in the Kirin Megumi Plate (1000m) on Saturday.

Miss Strezelecki was an inspired choice as a broodmare prospect when she was purchased for just $8,000 at the 2014 Inglis Sydney Broodmare Sale.

Gingerbread Man is within weeks of adding a second-season premiership to last year’s freshman honours in Western Australia.
