War Chant (USA) mare Strathmore Rose missed filling out a hat-trick in the LR Miss Andretti Stakes (1100m) at Ascot on Saturday but the Yarradale Stud stallion did get one over the line when Seeable saw off his rivals in the Westspeed Platinum Hcp (1400m)

Gingerbread Man’s Hong Kong sprinter Ima Single Man returned to his best form for trainer Tony Cruz with a sterling victory in the Cherry Hcp (1200m) on New Year’s Day. 

Gingerbread Man kicked off the festive season in style for Yarradale Stud when Enchanting Sound scored a first-up victory at Belmont Park last Thursday.

Yarradale Stud farewelled Bradbury’s Luck last year but he’s still a factor with horses like Burnya To Survive and Gunmetal Gray more than paying their way in Perth.

Yarradale Stud took a lead from Gold Front with a running double of its own on Day 5 of The Pinnacles at Ascot.
